1. What does Gold-Filled mean?Gold-filled is a thick layer of gold that is bonded onto a jeweler's base metal. Gold-filled jewelry contains 100x more gold than regular gold-plated jewelry, and the gold coating will not wear off. It is durable, tarnish-resistant, water-safe, and great for everyday wear!

2. What does Vermeil mean?Vermeil is gold-plated sterling silver. It is more valuable than regular gold-plating as it will not change colors or turn green. It is also 100% hypoallergenic.

3. Is it okay if my jewelry gets wet?Yes! Our sterling silver and gold-filled jewelry is water-resistant, but as with any jewelry, we always recommend removing jewelry before swimming, showering, or working out in order to avoid overexposure to water concentrated with heavy chemicals and sweat which can dull your jewelry over a long period of time. Vermeil pieces and specific gemstone electroplated pendants are not as water tolerable, so we highly recommend removing these pieces before any contact with water to avoid color changes to the stone or damage to the plating! Always check with our Care guidelines in the product description, as well as read over the Care Card that comes with your purchase!

4. When do you restock items? Many of our pieces will not be restocked frequently once they are sold out. We have shop updates every 1-2 weeks which we will notify people of in advance on our social media and mailing list, as well as display on the homepage of our website. We do take custom orders at no additional charge if a particular item you like is not being restocked. The wait time for custom orders is typically 2 weeks.

5. Do you offer free repairs?Yes we do! Every ReddyMade & Co. piece comes with a lifetime guarantee, so feel free to reach out to us via reddymadeco@gmail.com if your jewelry needs a little TLC.

6. How do I care for my jewelry? We always recommend storing your jewelry in an air-tight, sealed container or pouch when not worn. If worn in the shower, pool, or while working out, we recommend wiping down the piece with warm water afterwards in order to clean it of any chemicals that could possibly dull your jewelry. If your jewelry is in need of a pick me up, simply use a soft toothbrush and gently clean your piece with warm water and mild soap! Doing these simple steps will ensure that your jewelry will stay shining throughout its life!
